Ending for the spring course in improvement and development methods

Now the spring round of the course Improvement and development methods in working life has come to an end.

On June 2, the participants gathered for the last meeting after a semester filled with new perspectives, discussions and concrete tools to develop both working methods and activities.

During eight course sessions, the participants got to know methods such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Scrum and Agile. The focus has been on how to create improvements through structure, participation and constant learning – both in the workplace and in everyday life.

This was the second time Samarkand Academy offered the course, and the response from the participants has been very positive. Several particularly highlight the value of being able to exchange experiences with people from different companies and industries and that the course has provided new ideas that can be translated directly into their own work.

We would like to extend a big thank you to all participants for your commitment during the spring and to course leader Mika Tejbo for inspiring and educational meetings. We hope to be able to come back with more course opportunities in the future.
