Project and strategic development work

A long-term and strategic development effort is a prerequisite for growth and economic progress. The organization focuses on monitoring external trends and generating project ideas, with an emphasis on the long-term development priorities of Samarkand2015’s owners and stakeholders. The starting point is that projects should be integrated into the organization’s regular development work.

In addition to projects, part of Samarkand2015’s work is carried out in Working groups.
